Avalos was exceptional in ...

Avalos was exceptional in his service to us, we went during the slow season & he was so attentive, kind and even opened the kitchen up early for us when we were the only ones by the pool. He was so nice and he deserves a raise!

I am simply delighted with Casa Velas, I especially want to mention the service, Avalos, he is so positive, attentive, good-natured, thank him very much, we have already been here for the fourth time and will be back for my birthday in November.
