- Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. Taxes and tips are included.
- All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the traveling person. A credit card and identification are required upon arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
- The spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to beauty salon, spa boutique, or hydrotherapy circuit. The spa credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The hydrotherapy circuit and other spa services require a reservation. Please contact the Concierge or the spa.
- The golf round is redeemable only at the Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta golf courses. Transportation to and from the golf course is not included, nor is the rental of golf clubs, golf cart, or Caddie services. The use of a golf cart is mandatory.
- The suite upgrade is applied at the time of booking, up to the Grand Class Plus Suite category.
- The boutique discount is not combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs.
- Dinner at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is valid for reservations of 4 or more confirmed nights. The transportation is included for the 6:00 p.m. seating. Subject to availability.
- Hotel-airport transportation must be reserved with your Concierge before your check-out.

- The boutique discount is not combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs.
Dinner at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is valid for reservations of 5 or more confirmed nights. Transportation is included for the 6:00 p.m. seating. Subject to availability. - Early check-in is at 11:00 a.m. and late check-out is at 3:00 p.m.
