Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. Taxes and tips are included.
  • All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the traveling person. A credit card and identification are required upon arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
  • The discount on exclusive suites applies to Master Suite, Master Plus Suite, and Grand Class Suite.
  • The discount on superior categories applies only to Grand Class Plus and 1- or 2-Bedroom Ambassador Suites.
  • The spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to beauty salon, spa boutique, or hydrotherapy circuit. The spa credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The hydrotherapy circuit and other spa services require a reservation. Please contact the Concierge or the spa.
  • The golf discount is valid only on the Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta courses. Reservations are required and must be requested from your Concierge. Transportation to and from the golf course, golf club rental, cart fee, and caddie services are not included. Includes a golf cart for 2 people.
  • Dinner at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is valid for reservations of 4 or more confirmed nights. The transportation is included for the 6:00 p.m. seating.
  • The boutique discount is not combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs.
  • This promotion is subject to change without notice. It is valid for new and individual bookings only. It is not applicable for groups or weddings and cannot be combined with other promotions.

SEASONAL SPECIAL:

  • The suite upgrade is applied at the time of booking, up to the Grand Class Plus Suite category.
  • The golf round is redeemable only at the Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta golf courses. Transportation to and from the golf course is not included, nor is the rental of golf clubs, golf cart, or Caddie services. The use of a golf cart is mandatory.
