We did a day pass, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the day. The environment is wonderful and deeply relaxing, with a calm, refined atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s easy to see why Casa Velas is recognized as a top-rated 4-Diamond hotel. After this experience, I would definitely want to stay here. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, offering a great selection of both local and international cuisine. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and elevated, adding even more value to the overall experience. Casa Velas also provides convenient shuttle service to their beach club, Táu Beach Club 7, where canopies are set up for guests. The staff and service at the beach club were just as impressive attentive, professional, and warm. The drinks and food there were excellent and perfectly suited for a beach setting: fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. Overall, Casa Velas and Táu Beach Club 7 deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in both the hotel and beachfront experience. Highly recommended. We visited Casa Velas for 6-nights a 2nd time in November 2025. It was great to see familiar faces among the staff at Emilianos, the lobby bar and the pool. We will return the end of February, which speaks to our enjoyment at this wonderful unique adults-only all-inclusive resort.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Velas! It was our first time visiting Mexico, and this hotel made the experience absolutely unforgettable. The food, the atmosphere, and every part of the service were exceptional. I especially want to highlight Esmeralda — she took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference and truly elevated our trip. We always felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dining at Emiliano was consistently exceptional — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Mealtimes quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. We’re especially thankful for Andrea, the Group Manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made coordinating our retreat an enjoyable and smooth process. From the early planning stages to our final day on property, she was responsive, thoughtful, and truly cared about ensuring everything came together beautifully. Her support made the entire experience feel effortless on our end. The staff at Casa Velas went above and beyond in every way — especially Omar, Jesús, Avalos, and Gerardo, whose kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made such an impression on our team. The relationships we built with them in such a short time were genuine and heartfelt. We also want to recognize Lauren and her team at Tau Beach Club, who greeted us with warmth and made every visit feel like a celebration. Their energy, love, and exceptional service elevated our entire experience — it was the perfect complement to the peaceful luxury of Casa Velas. Our time at Casa Velas and Tau Beach Club was truly one of a kind. Beyond the beautiful setting and outstanding food, it was the people who made it extraordinary. We left feeling deeply grateful and already dreaming of our return.
