the facility is unbelievable. it is beautiful beyond description and the service and help could not be more first class. any request was dealt with within five minutes if not immediately. food was excellent. if you want a quite place with magnificent scenery and first class service this is the place to go. will be going back next yea

The hotel is conveniently located and is beautiful. The staff greeted us and were attentive. The rooms are decently appointed. The suite had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony but we did not use it. It is a quite place and they have a very nice pool. Now for the flip-side of the coin. Don’t expect to get the room type that you book. We prepaid for our room and had confirmation only to find during check that we were not going to have the king sided bed we were confirmed for and our only choice was to downgrade our room. No offer beyond that and not a great start. The food is fairly boring eclectic so it may or may not be your cup of tea. Equally, do not expect very interesting wines. While I was looking forward to staying at Casa Velas and I really wanted to like it given the price I was ultimately disappointed and do not recommend

We've been coming here for a few years now after falling in love struth it on our honeymoon. Today is checkout and I wanted to be sure to give credit before I forget. Casa Velas has been fantastic as always. The food, drinks, staff, pools, rooms, service are all amazing. Benny, Freddy, Gerardo and Manuel at the bars make the best drinks and make you feel at home. At Emiliano we've loved the professionalism and service from Bernardino, Antonio and Eduardo, they're great with suggestions and making the meal memorable. The beach club for years now has been our favorite part of the trip, with the best crew ever! Daniel, Ramon, Jorge and Mayra work hard to make the experience there magical. Geraldine as manager has really created one of the best resorts I've ever been to

My husband and I fell in love with Casa Velas last year when we visited. We decided we wanted to have our wedding there. The wedding coordinator by the name of Jazmin Perez was the best ever! I live in Los Angeles, CA and we would constantly communicate regarding the wedding, flowers, food and etc. She pretty much handled everything and I was less stressed because she's a professional. Our family and friends LOVED Casa Velas. The rooms were amazing (best mattress ever), the food was delicious and the employees at the resort were beyond friendly and helpful. The day of the wedding was a breeze. Jazmin and her helpers were there the whole time. They even sent food and healthy drinks to the room for my bridesmaids and myself while we got ready. I had my wedding ceremony on the sand and the reception on the beach club. I was in tears because I was amazed by how beautiful and detailed everything was. The flowers were stunning, the food was delicious and they even had sparklers on the dance floor when my husband and I entered the reception. I recommend Casa Velas for anyone. Great place for relaxation and the BEST place to have your DREAM WEDDING
