Casa Velas and their beach house, Táu Beach Club 7, offer an exceptional luxury experience that truly lives up to their reputation. We did a day pass, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the day. The environment is wonderful and deeply relaxing, with a calm, refined atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s easy to see why Casa Velas is recognized as a top-rated 4-Diamond hotel. After this experience, I would definitely want to stay here. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, offering a great selection of both local and international cuisine. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and elevated, adding even more value to the overall experience. Casa Velas also provides convenient shuttle service to their beach club, Táu Beach Club 7, where canopies are set up for guests. The staff and service at the beach club were just as impressive attentive, professional, and warm. The drinks and food there were excellent and perfectly suited for a beach setting: fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. Overall, Casa Velas and Táu Beach Club 7 deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in both the hotel and beachfront experience. Highly recommended. El restaurante del hotel también es excelente y ofrece una gran selección de cocina local e internacional. Cada platillo estaba bien elaborado, lleno de sabor y con una presentación cuidada, lo que complementa perfectamente la experiencia. Casa Velas también ofrece servicio de transporte a su club de playa, Táu Beach Club 7, donde cuentan con canopys para los huéspedes. El personal y el servicio en el beach club fueron igualmente excepcionales, siempre atentos y profesionales. La comida y las bebidas fueron deliciosas y perfectas para disfrutar en la playa, frescas, bien preparadas y muy agradables. If I could give more stars to Casa Velas, I would! Our recent vacation there as first timers and it was one of the best vacations ever. This boutique hotel is a GEM and every detail has been thought through to allow you to fully relax and feel wonderful. Quality is evident in everything from the grounds, pools, beach club (just wow), spacious rooms (marble floors/bathrooms and beautiful, real wood furniture), impeccable bedding and linens, farm-to-table 5 star meals and drinks (Eggs Benedict will never be the same elsewhere!) to most importantly the most wonderful staff! Everyone is genuinely kind, warm hearted and gracious. Yet with all the luxury, the experience was not stuffy but rather intimate and lovely. A+. We are very grateful, thank you and see you again.
