We returned to Casa Velas this February as we enjoyed our stay last year. We were surprised to see all the new innovations this year. We were extremely pleased with the service. Raymundo is a great addition to your staff. It is because of him we will be returning next year. The pass around of appetizers at the pool and the coffee and snacks at the outdoor lobby puts your hotel on a par with the Four Seasons Hotel in Hawaii. Raymundo has made good into excellence. Keep up the good work. Raymundo has given us the desire to return He made sure all of our needs were taken of.

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel Casa Velas. From the planning stage to the implementation your ENTIRE staff contributed to the success of this event. I am also to say that you have a superb team at the hotel. I personally asked your staff to help me create a memorable experience for my guest which they helped me accomplish without a doubt. I also cannot fail to mention you have an excellent Concierge who went beyond his call of duty to be attentive and make all of our guest have an amazing experience. Needless to say of our guest were sad to leave and anxiously planning their return visit to the Hotel Casa Velas.

Dear Mr. Vela: My wife and I and our good friends Carole and Jack have just returned from our sixth consecutive year at Casa Velas. In each of these years we have progressively extended our stay, so next year we will stay two weeks. Our purpose in writing this letter is to let ou know what an extraordinary resort Casa Velas is. The accomodations, setting and food are superb; however, above all, the service and staff are extraordinary. They are always smiling, helpful and delighful to interact with. Notably are Pierre Bonin your Managind Director, Raymundo Huertas, Rooms Division Manager and Diana your new concierge. They go far beyond what is necessary to make you feel comfortable, at home, and solve any problems that might occur. Thank you for mantaining what we consider a "heaven on earth" vacation destination. You can be most proud of it and in particular the staff who continue to make it a truly wonderful place to stay.
