We returned to Casa Velas for the 2nd year in a row & we were even more happy with our stay this time! It s the most quiet & peaceful resort we have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to go! The grounds & accommodations are beautiful & the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant! We will be back at Casa Velas again!

Casa Velas is another facet of the Velas Resorts in Puerto Vallarta. This one is definitely more couples and adults only. Amazing gardens and water features. There is no other resort that features outstanding service at all levels like they do at Casa Velas! Every single food option is well thought out and provides for a variety of tastes. You need to remember to let them serve you! It is in believable the way that they provide thoughtful service to meet everyone of your needs!

Hermoso hotel boutique solo adultos!!!
Maravilloso hotel, desde que llegas te reciben con una actitud tan bonita, te hacen sentir como en casa, instalaciones súper agradable cada espacio que tiene una paz y tranquilidad que se vive cuando lo recorres, los cuartos bien, solo un poco pequeño, alimentos y bebidas de lo mejor!!! al igual que los restaurantes de especialidades me encanto que cuidan cada mínimo detalle, el entretenimiento de noche ahí si es mas relax desde la música que casi no hay pero es entendible por el concepto que lo manejan, así que si quieres salir esta cómodo por que estas a unos minutos de malecón, cuentan con un club de playa el cual te lleva el mismo hotel y cuenta con bar y snack, la comida en el área de alberca dentro del hotel es a la carta todo al igual que los restaurantes y muy rico, el servicio espectacular.!! muy recomendable para parejas!!

Es mi segunda oportunidad de hospedarme junto a mi esposa en Casa Velas, es un extraordinario hotel boutique con magníficas instalaciones en todo su conjunto, la atención y el servicio son increíbles, su gerente es una excelente anfitriona, la comida es deliciosa, el club de playa es privado y muy agradable.Las suites son hermosas, confortables, con amenidades de gran lujo! Seguro que volveremos
Nunca en algún hotel un servicio tan esmerado, encabezado por la Gerente del Hotel Geraldine Zaragoza. Ante un pequeño error en la cocina, la reacción y esmero de todo el personal fue fantástico. Somos asiduos clientes de Velas desde hace más de 12 años y aunque este hotel no tiene playa (tiene club de playa) la experiencia Velas fue la mejor Gracias al trato cálido y esmerado de su personal
