We returned to Casa Velas for the 2nd year in a row & we were even more happy with our stay this time! It s the most quiet & peaceful resort we have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to go! The grounds & accommodations are beautiful & the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant! We will be back at Casa Velas again!

Casa Velas is another facet of the Velas Resorts in Puerto Vallarta. This one is definitely more couples and adults only. Amazing gardens and water features. There is no other resort that features outstanding service at all levels like they do at Casa Velas! Every single food option is well thought out and provides for a variety of tastes. You need to remember to let them serve you! It is in believable the way that they provide thoughtful service to meet everyone of your needs!

El mejor hotel de Grupo Velas!!!
Somos clientes Velas desde hace 13 años y cada nuevo hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas pero Casa Velas logró superar a todos los demás y por mucho!!! Y todo gracias a las personas que ahí trabajan, principalmente por su gerente, Geraldine, quien es ejemplo a seguir de Servicio al Cliente y pasión por su trabajo!! Y esto cae en cascada hacia todo su equipo de trabajo... Miguel, Marcos, Daniel, Oscar, Fredy, Ximena y muchos más. Gracias a ellos nuestras vacaciones fueron ESPECTACULARES!!! Gran ejemplo a seguir para todos los que trabajan en esta industria. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de viajar y estar en los mejores hoteles del mundo pero en ninguno recibimos el nivel de servicio y calidez que brinda grupo Velas y esta vez, la Gerente del Hotel Geraldine se lleva las palmas por su extraordinario servicio, profesionalismo y calidez!!! Velas es muy afortunado de tenerla como parte de su equipo
Tuve la fortuna de hospedarme en este hotel !!!! El cual mejoró mis expectativas!!!! Me encanto la comida la bebida la atención y sobre todo las camas !!!!! No te dejan levantar !!!!el spa excelente !!! Si tienes la oportunidad de hospedarte aquí no lo pienses !!!
Excelente el desayuno en la Habitación. El servicio al Club de Playa es genial, tardas poco y es muy cómodo. Estuvimos en Mayo y apenas había huéspedes en el hotel. Muy relajante. Comida Excelente. Buen GY
todo bien y estuvo como me lo habían dicho en la agencia de viajes , la comida en el restaurante de muy buena calidad , solo los vinos de mesa no me parecieron buenos , cuando se pide por copa, yo creo que deberían mejora
