Great service, beautiful hotel, awesome food & the best place to relax...

Just returned from a fabulous week vacation with you! Food and staff were excellente! Thank you to Colleen, Catalina, Maura, Pablo, Hector, Beny, and Edgar especially! Stefano helped organize any outings we would be interested in doing. Would return in a heartbeat! Close to airport and attractions. Enjoyed the sunset sail at the nearby Marina and Dinners @ the Beach Club and sister resort as well. 5 stars!

From the moment we set our feet on the ground in Puerto Vallarta we have been blown way by the exceptional service and attention to detail Casa Velas prides themselves for. We have LOVED every moment and we will be returning most definitely! We were particularly impressed with Mario and Sergio in the front lobby and all the bellboys who went above and beyond. We adore Freddy at the pool bar and Leonel and Jorge at Emiliano's. Everyone made this trip so memorable! Special thanks to Saulo and Alam for making our renewal ceremony so beautiful! After now our third stay at Casa Vela Boutique Hotel in Puerto Vallarta I am pleased to say that this is an extraordinary place. The unique quiet atmosphere of this adult-only resort provides a restful and relaxing vacation. The pool and grounds are immaculate. The attentive and friendly staff makes a point to pamper the guests. The chef caters to any and all preferences. Luis, the concierge, is there to make your golf and dinner reservations, or take care of any transportation needs. Whether you choose a romantic dinner ocean-side at the Beach Club or dinner at the onsite restaurant, Emilano’s. your stay will be memorable. (The peacocks are beautiful and definitely not a bother).
