We visited Casa Velas for 6-nights a 2nd time in November 2025. It was great to see familiar faces among the staff at Emilianos, the lobby bar and the pool. We will return the end of February, which speaks to our enjoyment at this wonderful unique adults-only all-inclusive resort.

First time doing an all inclusive and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel has about 80 rooms and the staff was super attentive and helpful. Food was average but everything else made up for it. My only recommendation would be to have music playing at the beach club and pool area.

Casa Velas and their beach house, Táu Beach Club 7, offer an exceptional luxury experience that truly lives up to their reputation. We did a day pass, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the day. The environment is wonderful and deeply relaxing, with a calm, refined atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s easy to see why Casa Velas is recognized as a top-rated 4-Diamond hotel. After this experience, I would definitely want to stay here. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, offering a great selection of both local and international cuisine. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and elevated, adding even more value to the overall experience. Casa Velas also provides convenient shuttle service to their beach club, Táu Beach Club 7, where canopies are set up for guests. The staff and service at the beach club were just as impressive attentive, professional, and warm. The drinks and food there were excellent and perfectly suited for a beach setting: fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. Overall, Casa Velas and Táu Beach Club 7 deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in both the hotel and beachfront experience. Highly recommended. Casa Velas también ofrece servicio de transporte a su club de playa, Táu Beach Club 7, donde cuentan con canopys para los huéspedes. El personal y el servicio en el beach club fueron igualmente excepcionales, siempre atentos y profesionales. La comida y las bebidas fueron deliciosas y perfectas para disfrutar en la playa, frescas, bien preparadas y muy agradables. I had the absolute pleasure of having my wedding at Casa Velas this past weekend. We bought out the resort for the weekend so that it would only be those for our wedding there. I just have to say, every expectation was far exceeded not only as a bride but as someone who was on vacation. Every single friend and family member raved about how well taken care of they were, if there was something we wanted that Casa Velas didn't have, within an hour they had it. When a storm threatened the wedding, they were ready to go with a back up plan that was grander and better than before. When I was anxious about everything that comes with wedding planning, they were the first to solve a problem, offer support, and give the best possible experience to not only me and my groom but all the people we brought along with us. I could go on for days about how much I love Puerto Vallarta in general and I knew I would always come back to that city every chance I got but I have always been the type to stay in an Airbnb. So to experience something as luxury and incredible as Casa Velas was a true treat. (especially for such a special event) and I could go on for days about the quality of the rooms, the service, the way everything smelled of lemongrass and how much fun we had and well taken care of we were but what stood out above all is the hoops they went through to make our wedding the most incredible and special day. It's not like every other resort wedding where you are one of 3x brides that day. It was like I was the only bride to ever exist. For months we were in constant communication and the days leading up was all about this wedding. It was the greatest weekend of my life and I hope so many more get to experience it.
