We had an amazing stay at Casa Velas! It was our first time visiting Mexico, and this hotel made the experience absolutely unforgettable. The food, the atmosphere, and every part of the service were exceptional. I especially want to highlight Esmeralda — she took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference and truly elevated our trip. We always felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Casa Velas, for giving us such beautiful memories on my first trip to Mexico. We will always remember this experience and can’t wait to return! 🌟

We visited Casa Velas for 6-nights a 2nd time in November 2025. It was great to see familiar faces among the staff at Emilianos, the lobby bar and the pool. We will return the end of February, which speaks to our enjoyment at this wonderful unique adults-only all-inclusive resort.

Casa Velas and their beach house, Táu Beach Club 7, offer an exceptional luxury experience that truly lives up to their reputation. We did a day pass, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the day. The environment is wonderful and deeply relaxing, with a calm, refined atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s easy to see why Casa Velas is recognized as a top-rated 4-Diamond hotel. After this experience, I would definitely want to stay here. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, offering a great selection of both local and international cuisine. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and elevated, adding even more value to the overall experience. Casa Velas also provides convenient shuttle service to their beach club, Táu Beach Club 7, where canopies are set up for guests. The staff and service at the beach club were just as impressive attentive, professional, and warm. The drinks and food there were excellent and perfectly suited for a beach setting: fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. Overall, Casa Velas and Táu Beach Club 7 deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in both the hotel and beachfront experience. Highly recommended. El personal y el servicio en el beach club fueron igualmente excepcionales, siempre atentos y profesionales. La comida y las bebidas fueron deliciosas y perfectas para disfrutar en la playa, frescas, bien preparadas y muy agradables. First time doing an all inclusive and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel has about 80 rooms and the staff was super attentive and helpful. Food was average but everything else made up for it. My only recommendation would be to have music playing at the beach club and pool area.
