Tuvimos la oportunidad de celebrar una convención hace una semana, la cual fue todo un éxito y parte importante de esto fue por el excelente servicio del personal: el trato con la persona de ventas, la gerente del hotel, el gerente de operación de grupos, el chef y todo el demás personal involucrado dieron lo mejor de si para que nuestro evento fuera un éxito. Las instalaciones son sumamente cómodas y acogedoras, disfrutamos del centro de convenciones, restaurantes, habitaciones, piscinas y club de playa y todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, sin duda es un oasis que se disfruta y en nuestro caso fue el lugar perfecto para el evento. ¡Felicidades

We have been to Casa Velas foe several years and this year they exceeded our expectations. The new Executive Chef Isaac has added some dishes that are world class and he even gave us his incredible salmon recipe. Bernadino in Emiliano is always the prefect waiter with a great smile and menu advice on any dish. Daniel at the Beach club is charning and is a master at Mexican Coffee. A massage at the Spa is a must with excellent staff and facilities

this is the best hotel we've stayed, Emiliano restaurant was delicious! Mayra our waitress was so kind and did the best for us, also it was our first time we had Mariachi on live, thanks to Gerardo bartender, he makes the best drinks ever, we spend most of our time at the beach club and we had a great time, thanks to Daniel waitress for being so nice with us, they work really hard, there was 4 people there and 12 people at the hotel, I really recommend visit it in low season because everyone's has time to do an excellent service, Piaf at Grand Velas Rivera Nayarit was incredible delicious, honestly has been one of the best restaurants we have been, they have a gorgeous sunset, unbelievable, thanks to our bellboy Hugo for being so helpfully and kindly gracias mi amigo, we loved the hotel, food, people and Paco the peacock, surely we'll come back soon

What a treat to come to the beautiful resort of Casa Velas!! It was my first international golf trip with a wonderful group of ladies. There were 8 of us golfing and we played at all 3 of the golf courses connected to the resort. I have to give a Great Big Thank you to Nicos, the best caddy ever!!We were pampered and spoiled by the kindness and friendliness of the staff. What a wonderful place to stay. The food was outstanding at Emiliano, the Beach Club and Frieda. We thoroughly enjoyed room service too!! I can’t say how much we enjoyed the food and hospitality. The staff is amazing here. Thank you for a wonderful time!
