Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. Taxes and tips are included.
  • All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the traveling person. A credit card and identification are required upon arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
  • The double suite upgrade applies from
    Master Suite to Grand Class Suite, and from Master Suite Plus to Grand Class Plus Suite.
  • Complimentary hydrotherapy circuit per adult, per stay. A minimum 3-night stay is required.
  • The spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to beauty salon, spa boutique, or hydrotherapy circuit. The spa credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The hydrotherapy circuit and other spa services require a reservation. Please contact the Concierge or the spa.
  • The green fee discount is redeemable only at the Vista Vallarta or Marina Vallarta golf courses. An advance reservation is required with your Concierge at least 24 hours prior. Transportation to and from the golf course is not included, nor is the rental of golf clubs or Caddie services. A golf cart for two people is included.
  • The boutique discount is not combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs.
    Dinner at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is valid for reservations of 5 or more confirmed nights. Transportation is included for the 6:00 p.m. seating. Subject to availability.
  • Early check-in is at 11:00 a.m. and late check-out is at 3:00 p.m.
  • This promotion is subject to change without notice. Valid only for new individual bookings. It is not applicable for groups or weddings and cannot be combined with other promotions.
