Do you want peace, calmness and the attention you deserve? Casa Velas is my home away from home. The attention that you expect when it comes to ordering at Emilianos or the absolutely incredible massage at the hands of the experts is second to none. The food is OMG. If you want the best in accommodations then Casa Velas is the best. Come to Mexico and book your vacation at Casa Velas; you will not be disappointed

Casa Velas is our go-to spot for quiet adult (i.e., no kids) relaxation. (This was our 4th trip!) The property is beautifully kept up, the food is delicious, and staff is incredibly welcoming. A few shout outs to some of our favorite people: Jorge and Daniel at the Beach Club are among the most welcoming and accomodating people we have ever met. They always wore adorable smiles and made every day fun. Together with Ramon and Eduardo, they made the Beach Club our favorite place to hang out. Isaac, the Head Chef, was INCREDIBLE!! He went out of his way to make sure every meal was extraordinary, and he truly went above and beyond by helping us to find a difficult-to-find tequila that we enjoy. His chef night dinner is not to be missed -- best mole ever!! Emilianos also has some wonderful staff. Bryan, Paul and Bernardino always made us feel welcome and special. Of course, everyone know the incredible bartender Benny! Visiting him after dinner was the highlight of our evening activities. Finally, if you have the chance to go to the spa, Adriana gives the most amazing massage, and Yamil goes out of his way to make your experience special. Our only complaint was that the concierge's attitude did not seem to rise to the level of the other Casa Velas employees. He was not very friendly and did not follow through on some of the things he was supposed to take care of. This was not our experience with the concierges from our previous trips. Maybe he was having an off week --- We love Casa Velas and will definitely return

There's a reason we return year after year to Casa Velas. This serene resort gets better every time we visit. The service is incredible as the staff at Casa Velas spoils you with kindness and good service. The food has never been better, the rooms are roomy and incredibly clean. The Beach Club is a little bit of heaven. When we arrive we feel like we are coming home and when we leave we are sad to say goodbye to the incredible staff including Eduardo, Ramon, Daniel, Benny, Gerardo, Freddy, Manuel, and Geraldine. We can't wait to return to our Puerto Vallarta home away from home
